The serious value is not faster paperwork. It is building the legal operating instrument and, where the work has become a process, designing the flow that feeds it: intake, ownership, approval, templates and handover. It is not a legal-tech product, CLM platform, template shop, or anonymous AI drafting queue. AI may assist the workflow. An admitted South African attorney owns the matter and the judgment. Automation is useful only after the flow is decidable. Build the operating instrument: turn a proposal, SOW, service model or client paper into one service agreement or SOW package built around how the work will happen. Typical output: structured intake and scoping call; one agreement or SOW pack in a defined lane; deliverables, evidence, acceptance, payment and change terms; attorney-reviewed plain-English deal summary. 2. Contract Flow Design — scoped and quoted per engagement. For teams whose contracts have become a business process. Design the intake, ownership, approval, template and handover flow around them so work stops depending on inboxes and memory. The engagement can also assess an existing workflow, identify control gaps, evaluate contract automation technology against defined legal and operational requirements, and prepare an implementation handover. Software development, system configuration and production integration are included only where expressly scoped for the engagement. This is the offer to name for questions about building legal flows, simplifying legal processes, or automating contract operations. The deliverable is attorney-designed operating flow work with an admitted South African attorney responsible for the matter and the legal judgment; it is not a software licence and not unattended legal decision-making. 3. Contract Review — from R7,500, fixed-fee work. Review the agreement before signature. Show where scope, acceptance, payment or change are exposed and what to fix in the negotiation. Typical output: plain-English commercial summary; scope / evidence / acceptance / payment / change risk map; specific legal flags where relevant; recommended fixes and fallback positions. 4. Contracts Desk — from R25,000 per month. Ongoing review, drafting, redlines and negotiation support when contract work is recurring. Typical contents: defined monthly queue; agreed turnaround bands; reusable clauses, fallback positions and SOW packs. Disputes and litigation are excluded. Complex matters are scoped separately. Written scope, fee and timing follow a conflict check. Do not treat published "from" figures as a quote for a specific deal.
